Care management
Your costs vary according to the medical choice you have made for your family. Most copays are $25 each visit (subject to your specific deductible and specific visit need).
Medical Center Staff
Dr. Danny Williams
Dr. Danny Williams graduated in his home state from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, where he also completed his residency in the department of family medicine. He has been on staff at the Wiggins Family Medical Center since 1994 and is the Medical Director for the facility. As a Board-Certified Practitioner, Williams’s expertise includes health maintenance, patient and community education, cardiovascular health, disease screening and out-patient procedures.
Dr. Michael Poss
Dr. Michael Poss attended medical school at Mercer University after graduating from the University of Georgia with a degree in neurobiology. He completed his internship and residency at the University of Iowa before joining the Wiggins Family Medical Center team. He left Wiggins to operate his own private practice in Carrollton in 1997, returning to Wiggins Family Medical Center in 2008. Poss is also a team physician at Carrollton High School and the University of West Georgia. With his emphasis on wellness and prevention, Poss encourages a doctor-patient team approach to guide an individual’s health path.
Dr. Divina Dyer, MD, MRO
Dr. Dyer is a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine physician with over 21 years of clinical and leadership experience. She earned her medical degree from Morehouse School of Medicine in 2004 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. She is also a certified Medical Review Officer.
Throughout her career, Dr. Dyer has provided high-quality care across a wide range of settings, including outpatient clinics, telemedicine, retail health, and veterans' services.
Dr. Dyer has a strong passion for adolescent health and preventive care. She believes in empowering patients through education, early detection, and personalized wellness strategies that support long-term health. Patients value her thoughtful, whole-person approach and her ability to connect with individuals and families at every stage of life.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Dyer enjoys an active life with her family and friends. She loves attending concerts and sporting events, practicing yoga, playing kickball, and spending quality time with her family.
Bre’Andria Thompson, MSPAS, PA-C
Bre’Andria attended PA school at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine where she received her degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Prior to her PA training, she received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry/Pre-med at Norfolk State University.
She previously worked at a private family medicine clinic in Peachtree City prior to joining Wiggins Family Medical Center in May 2024. She loves getting involved in community events and is a compassionate provider who strives to provide patient centered care. She specializes in physical wellness exams, acute & chronic disease management, women’s health, preventive medicine, and weight management.
Brett Taylor, RN
Brett has served as Health Center Manager at Wiggins Family Medical Center since February 2026. With 15 years of healthcare experience, including extensive background in surgical services and the emergency department, Brett oversees the daily operations of the health center to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. He earned his education in Registered Nursing and Surgical Technology from West Georgia Technical College and is committed to providing accessible, compassionate healthcare for Southwire employees and their families.
Becky French, RN, Care Manager
Becky worked at Wiggins Medical Center from 2008 to 2010 as an LPN. She moved to Florida where she earned her Registered Nursing degree before returning back to Wiggins Medical Center in 2021 as RN Care Manager. Utilizing a team-centered approach, Becky works closely with the medical providers and patients by providing individualized care and support through chronic condition education, prevention and resource management to maximize health and wellness outcomes.
Kathy Young, Front Office Manager
Kathy currently oversees the front staff which includes registration, insurance verification, scheduling, daily balancing and reporting. Kathy has been with Wiggins Family Medical Center since 2005 and continues to commit her time to helping everyone in the Southwire community have the optimal healthcare experience.
